Favorite foods for the signs of theZodiac

Thanks to the fact that the Zodiac signs are ruled by different
elements they are also constitutionally different than each other.
This is why it makes sense that they would prefer different types
of foods. Here is a breakdown of the types of foods and diets that
best suit each sign.

Aries

Aries native are ruled by the Fire element in Western astrology,
which means that they need to eat foods that support their adrenal
functions. To avoid migraines and burnout they need to eat foods
rich in potassium such as tomatoes, beans (red kidney, navy, lima),
brown rice, lentils, walnuts, olives, onions, lettuce, cauliflower,
cucumber, spinach, broccoli, brussel sprouts, veal, swordfish,
flounder, figs, bananas, dried uncooked apricots and pumpkin.

Aries natives should also make sure that they take plenty of
calcium, either in the form of kale, citrus fruits or milk, to ward
off any dental problems and also to keep them calm.

Taurus

Taurus natives are ruled by the Earth element in Western astrology,
which means that they need to eat foods and fluids that support the
respiratory system. This sign also rules the thyroid, which governs
their weight so they are advised to salt their food with sea salt
or iodized salt to support the function of that organ. Celery is an
excellent diuretic snack for Taurus types who feel bloated.

To keep their blood sugar and thyroid in balance, Taurus types are

Gemini

astrology. This means that they need to eat foods that support
their lungs and nervous system. Geminis avoid colas and coffee and
stick to mineral waters and herbal teas so they don't become
irritable.

It is also important that Gemini natives eat foods that are rich in
potassium chloride which supports both nerve and lung function.
Foods high in this mineral are asparagus, green beans, tomatoes,
celery, carrots, spinach, oranges, peaches, plums, apricots, and

Leos need plenty of magnesium phosphate to keep their heart and

mineral are whole wheat and rye products, almonds, walnuts,
sunflower seeds, figs, lemons, apples, peaches, coconut, rice,
seafood, beets, asparagus, romaine, and egg yolk.  These carnivores
should also indulge in beef, lamb, poultry and liver.

Virgo

Virgo is ruled by the Earth element in traditional Western
astrology, which means that they need to eat foods that support the
nervous system and lower intestines.  Avoiding dairy products such
as milk and ice cream from the diet might be a good idea.

It is essential that Virgos eat foods that cleanse the lower
digestive system such as bran and flax seed.  They are also advised

Capricorn

Foods that are rich in calcium are oranges, lemons, figs, celery,
