Three of Spirituality
On Living the Spiritual Life
As always remember these are my ideas and opinions and are only my truths as I see believe, and perceive
them to be. Remember what I teach about TRUTH. Never take what I or anyone else says as gospel until
you have taken the opportunity to sit down to think and examine it carefully before making it your own. I
feel strongly about this as it is working in my life. There is no try it and maybe it will work.
We have to believe it before we do it and then do it in our life until there is no doubt that it is or is not working
for you and a day or two or month or two will not do it. Make it your own as soon as you see it makes sense.
Living
life in a Spiritual way is not a substitute for having another in our life yet it is the way to finding another to live our
spiritual life with. The thing is we are to live our life for us not for anyone else. We
please others so we can please ourselves for as we please and do for others we are doing and pleasing for us.
Many of us are caretakers and it is great when two caretakers can find
one another to be happy with otherwise a caretaker winds up with someone that needs taking care of which is wonderful for
the one being care for and to a certain extent for the caretaker. However, if there isn’t
a mutual, loving and giving on both sides there may be issues.
Possibly one or the other can give lovingly finances and creature comforts while the other can give
loving companionship, and just happiness to be in their sphere of influence.
Yes finding someone Spiritual can
be difficult so what we do is live our life where there is no 'physical' life or Spiritual life but only LIFE where we are
actually a Spiritual Being which we are living a human life and doing that. Living, thinking, speaking and acting
spiritual in all we do as we actually live a Spiritual life in the mist of our daily comings and goings or as scripture says
being in the world but not of the world which we are just by being who we are. First we have to discover who we are
then once we know that the rest comes Fairly easily.
We must stop
worrying about others hurting our feelings rather we should live our life loving others as we would want to be loved.
Know that we make our life a lot harder than it has to be by worrying about things that will never happen such as the trust
issues many of us have. The thing is the real issue is with trusting our own self for the issue is never
with the other person as it is always an issue with us. When we feel and show so much anger it is
seldom if ever with what is going on at the time as it is with a buried issue from the past.
As long as we remember
to love in the moment then all else will be taken care of as the moment stretches into eternity.
As we love ourselves
we no longer have to worry about friends or lovers for as we love ourselves so will others love us.
Mother Theresa said that to do things greatly we
must do little things with great love.
So,
even as I clean out the fireplace and do it with the great love I did it with as I was doing it then great things will
come out of that.
The Secret is learning to do that with
all things at all times. Loving what we are doing no matter how mundane or much we hated it yesterday if we begin right
now, right this moment to do all things with great love will make our day and life go much easier.
When
that loved one goes off on what we did and we may have deserved it, however, doing all things with great
love will make one a great person for people seldom remember what we do for or to them but they always remember how we
made them feel. And forgive me for how you may have felt.
For me that is how I wish to live
my life now for in the past things were much different so the thing is not to bury the past but to release the past so that
it cannot be found as what cannot be found never was. Therefore if it never was then we no longer have
to worry about it biting us in the Area Some See most of.Loving our way through this thing called life.
When we love how can
we not be loved? If we don’t love then how can we be loved? The
Great Teacher told us that love is all there is and to love others as we love ourselves which for many of us is the problem
for we do not love ourselves so how can we love others. It is interesting that the word for charity and
the word for love in the bible in most instances are interchangeable so knowing that remember that Love like charity begins
at home. For we cannot give what we do not have.
One thing I do have in abundance is the Love and Belief I have in and for each and
every one of you
